YAKIMA CAESAR SALAD
MAKES 6 SERVINGS


INGREDIENTS

6 cups cut romaine lettuce
1 can (15 ounces) Bartlett pear slices, drained
1/3 cup low-fat Caesar salad dressing
1 cup croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

METHOD

Place salad greens and pear slices in large bowl; toss with dressing. Top with croutons, sprinkle with cheese.
