NORTHWEST TUNA SALAD
MAKES 3 SERVINGS


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (12 ounces) water packed tuna, drained
1 can (8 ounces) Bartlett pears, drained and diced

METHOD

In bowl, combine celery and onion. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Add tuna and diced pears; stir gently to blend. Serve as a salad in lettuce cup, or to make sandwiches.
