HONEY PEAR
BUTTER
MAKES 1 CUP
INGREDIENTS
2 cans (15 ounces each) Bartlett pear halves or slices
1/4 cup creme honey
METHOD
In blender or food processor, puree pears and liquid until smooth. Transfer
mixture to medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat.
Simmer, stirring frequently, 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is thick
and reduced to 1 cup. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. Stir in
creme honey. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
