Pear and Greek Yogurt Parfaits

Makes 12 Parfaits

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 qt. Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, in juice, drained, medium dice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 qt. greek-style non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 5 cups granola, low-fat
  • METHOD

    In a bowl combine diced pears, honey and cinnamon; toss to coat. For each serving: In a 10 ounce clear plastic cup layer 1/3 cup pear mixture, 1/4 cup Greek-style vanilla yogurt and 3 Tbsp. granola. Repeat process ending with 2 Tbsp. granola. Serve.
