Pear-Kale Super Smoothie

Makes 6 (8 oz.) Servings


  • 4 cups Pacific Northwest Canned Pears with the juice
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 medium apple (recommend Braeburn)
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 6 ice cubes

    Place in order pears, kale (large stems removed), cored apple (skin on) into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Add ice cubes and blend again about 1 minute. Serve immediately or freeze for an icy treat!
