Quick Pear Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 qt. Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp.Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, diced, drained
  • METHOD

    Soften ice cream. Beat lemon juice and cinnamon into softened ice cream. Fold in diced pear. Freeze.
