Northwest Honeyed Pears

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 halves Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Halves, drained
  • 2 cups Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground cinnamon
  • METHOD

    Heat oven to 400?F. Place pears cut side up in single layer on spray-coated 12" x 20" x 2" pans. Mix honey, lemon juice and cinnamon. Drizzle over pears. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes or until liquid is syrupy. Let cool slightly, spoon honey mixture over pears before serving.
