Pear & Orange Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 lbs. (1 gal.) Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, well-drained
  • 1 gal. Milk
  • 1 gal. Orange juice
  • 1 lb. 2 oz. (1-1/2 cups) Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla
  • METHOD

    Combine pears with remaining ingredients; puree until smooth. Portion into 1 cup drinking cups with tops. Chill until ready to serve.
