Yakima Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups cut romaine lettuce
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Bartlett pear slices, drained
  • 1/3 cup low-fat Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • METHOD

    Place salad greens and pear slices in large bowl; toss with dressing. Top with croutons, sprinkle with cheese.
