Pear and Greek Yogurt Parfaits

Makes 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cans Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, halves or slices, in juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups Greek-style non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups granola
  • METHOD

    Drain pears reserving juice for another use. Dice pears; place in bowl with honey and cinnamon. Toss to coat thoroughly. For each serving place 1/3 cup pear mixture in bottom of serving dish. Top with 1/4 cup yogurt and 3 Tbsp. granola. Repeat process ending with approximately 2 Tbsp. granola. Chill until ready to serve.
