GORGONZOLA AND PEAR CROSTINI
MAKES 2 CUPS


INGREDIENTS

1 can (15 ounces) Bartlett pear halves or slices, drained, chopped
1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
1 French bread baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices, toasted
As needed fresh watercress

METHOD

In medium bowl, combine pears, cheeses and nuts; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, spread toasted baguette slices with cheese mixture; garnish each with watercress sprig.
