BLUEBERRY PEAR MUFFINS
MAKES 12 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

1 can (15 ounces) Bartlett pear halves or slices
1 package (14 1/2-18 1/2 ounces) blueberry muffin mix

METHOD

Drain pears; cut into 1/4-inch pieces and set aside. Prepare muffin mix as directed on the package, adding pears with blueberries. Spoon batter into 2 1/2-inch greased or paper lined muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 400° F 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack.
