PACIFIC NORTHWEST SALSA
Yield: 1 Quart

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs. Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, diced, drained
2 cups Blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup Walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/4 cup Chives, fresh, chopped




METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve as a dip with crackers or toasted pita bread triangles.
