PACIFIC NORTHWEST PITAS
Yield: 24 Servings

INGREDIENTS

24 Small pita bread rounds, cut in half
48 Lettuce leaves
3 lbs. Ham, thinly sliced
3 lbs. Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Slices, drained
48 slices Cheddar cheese
3 cups Low-fat Ranch dressing


METHOD
For each serving, open 2 pita halves; line each with lettuce. Layer each pocket with 1 ounce ham, 1/4 cup pear slices and 1 slice cheese. Drizzle each pocket with 1 tablespoon dressing before serving.
