PEAR ’N YOGURT SUNDAE
Yield: 48 Sundaes

INGREDIENTS

2-1/4 gal. Lemon yogurt
48 Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Halves, well-drained
12 oz. (3 cups) Granola
1 lb. 2 oz.(1-1/2 cups) Honey




METHOD
Portion 3/4-cup yogurt into 48 serving cups with covers. Top each with a pear half, then sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon granola. Drizzle each with 1/2 tablespoon honey.
