PEAR AND ORANGE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
7 lbs. (1 gal.)Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, well-drained
1 gal. Milk
1 gal. Orange juice
1 lb. 2 oz. (1-1/2 cups) Honey
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 cup Vanilla
METHOD
Combine pears with remaining ingredients; puree until smooth. Portion into 1 cup drinking cups with tops. Chill until ready to serve.
