QUICK PEAR ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

1 qt. Vanilla ice cream
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/8 tsp.Cinnamon
2 cups Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, diced, drained

METHOD
Soften ice cream. Beat lemon juice and cinnamon into softened ice cream. Fold in diced pear. Freeze.
