PEAR BERRY FRAPPÉ

INGREDIENTS
24 (6 lb. 6 oz.) Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, halves, drained
3 qt. Pear juice (from canned pears)
2 qt. (4 lb. 8 oz.) Berries, frozen
METHOD
For each serving: In a blender, combine 1 canned pear half, 1/2 cup pear juice (from canned pears), 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, etc.) and blend until smooth.
VARIATION
For a creamier smoothie, add 1 banana to each frappé.
